PIETER HANSON
Pieter was raised in the Quad Cities and has been a realtor for 15 years. Additionally, he owns Mulligan's Valley Pub (a small Irish Bar & Grill) and Coal Creek Inn, both located in Coal Valley, IL.
Pieter is dedicated to volunteering, and he has shown this commitment in a variety of ways. He served as the President of the Genesis Foundation Board of Directors, and he currently remains a member of that board. He was also part of the John Deere Classic Board of Directors from 2001 to 2012, and is now the Chairperson of the Player Services Committee since 2013. Furthermore, Pieter was a past board member of both Gilda's Club and Skip A Long Child and Family Services.
When he is not working, Pieter resides in Coal Valley with his Partner Julie. Julie and her sister co own and operate Mallard Point Kennels a full service boarding, grooming and day care facility for your furry friends.
Pieter and his assistant, Kara Swanson, work together to ensure that your real estate objectives are fulfilled. The duo teamed up in 2020 and Kara lives in Silvis with her husband Bryan and son Barryn.
