KARA SWANSON
Kara is a Quad City native, growing up in the area and building her life here. After graduating from Illinois State University with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education, she began her journey as an elementary teacher. For almost 20 years, she dedicated her time and effort to teaching students of all ages and backgrounds.
During this time, Kara also began building her family with her loving husband Bryan, and raising three boys: Braynt, Bryce, and Barryn. Their home in Silvis IL was always full of love, laughter, and three fur babies who completed the picture-perfect family dynamic.
As much as she loved her job as a teacher, Kara's desire for adventure led her to a new path in life. In 2020, she obtained her REALTOR license and began working with Pieter. This gave her the opportunity to continue helping families while exploring the exciting world of real estate.
When Kara isn't busy working, she makes it a priority to spend quality time with her family, and loves the opportunity to explore new places by traveling.
